We are looking for an experienced, talented, and energetic Business Development Specialist to help us meet our mission to bring our research-based program to serve more administrators, teachers and children in the U.S.

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for securing new and returning partnerships with Tools of the Mind nationwide, identifying, qualifying, and engaging in direct business development efforts to meet Tools of the Mind’s organizational goals. This role works closely and collaboratively with the Director of Partnership Development, the Senior Marketing Specialist, and other Tools of the Mind team members to identify business development opportunities and priorities, and lead outreach in key target markets. The BDS will build strong relationships with school administrators and keep a finger on the pulse of local, state and national ECE trends, early learning and elementary education funding opportunities, and RFP releases.
